How to Enter: This contest begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (ET) 04/09/01 and ends at 11:59 PM (ET) 5/31/01, by which time all entries must be received. Official entry form is available on the our web site at http://www.newalexandriapa.com/contest.html

To submit the entry: Fill out entry form in its entirety.  You may submit one entry per day, per household.   Sponsor or any Internet access providers are not responsible for technical malfunctions, interruption, inability to access web site or for late, lost, misdirected, mutilated, stolen, incomplete, illegible requests, entries or mail. Entry forms become property of Sponsor and will not be shared with any third party. You email address and personal information is kept solely to our site for reasons of contest purposes or information regarding out site. Other contest entering directions are on official entry page.

Details: No mechanically reproduced, illegible, incoherent, unusable, or incomplete entries will be accepted. Sponsor not responsible for typographical errors.. Entries not complying with all rules are subject to disqualification. By entering, entrants agree that they have no right to bring (and covenant not to bring) any claim, action, or proceeding of any kind or nature whatsoever against Sponsor or Promoter or either of their affiliated companies, subsidiaries, agents, employees, or shareholders in connection with this contest. Entrants grant the Sponsor right to use entrants' names, images,  as well as entrants' entries for advertising, publicity and promotion purposes including without limitation online announcements without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Entrants may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability release within 10 days of issuance of notification attempt or prize will be awarded to alternate winner. Entrants shall not receive any compensation or credit for use of entries, other than that disclosed in rules. Any attempt by any individual to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Prizes: (2) Grand Prize Winner: Items listed on contest prize form.   The first winner drawn has the option of picking either "Winner A" prize group or "Winner B" group. The second winner drawn gets the group not drawn by the first winner.  Terms and conditions of individual sponsors apply to Gift Certificates and prizes. Prizes are not transferable and no substitutions will be allowed, except by Sponsor due to a discontinued item, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded.  No cash value will be awarded, in place of any of the prizes in this contest. Winner(s) who live within 25 mile radius of New Alexandria, PA will be responsible for picking up their prizes unless Sponsor agrees to ship the prize.  (Should a prize not be able to be shipped [i.e. food], and you cannot pick prize up, that prize will be forfeited.) New Alex Pa Online is not responsible for any prizes not delivered as stated or for any prize substitutes due to unavailability and such.

Eligibility & Conditions: Open only to legal U.S. residents of the 48 contiguous states and must be 18 or older.The following persons are not eligible: individuals involved professional basis and employees of Sponsor and Promoter, their subsidiaries, affiliates, and agents; judges; participating retailers and the immediate family members living in their household of each of the foregoing may not enter. Contest void in Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska and where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws apply. Taxes, if any, are responsibility of the individual winners. Entrants agree that Sponsor, Promoter and each of their respective subsidiary and affiliated companies, agents and all of their employees,  assume no liability for damages, losses or injuries resulting from participation in this contest, acceptance or use of any prize, or arising out of Sponsor's use of any entry.

Internet: If for any reason this contest is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this contest, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this contest or downloading any materials in this contest. CAUTION: Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or change the legitimate operation of the contest is a violation of criminal and civil law and sponsor reserves the right to seek damages or other remedies from any such person or group responsible for the attempt to the fullest extent permitted by law. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

Winners: Winners will be notified by email no later than 5 days after close of contest.  Winner(s) have maximum 5 days to email us back with confirmation of winning and your correct mailing address.  If winner(s) does not reply back via email within specified time, they forfeit prizes and an alternate, random winner will be drawn.  Same rules hold incase of a random, alternate winner.   Winners must allow thirty (30) days from email confirmation to receive prizes.   (see above for substitutions and such on prizes.)  By accepting prizes, the winners give permission to to New Alexandria Pa Online and sponsors of this contest the right to use their name, image, and likeness on our site and business to announce winners or as stated above in Details paragraph.
